I’m born in Hyderabad, A.P, India in the year 1980. I’m very enthusiastic person who believes in hard work with smart work and strong 3D’s policy of my life (determination, devotion, dedication). I’m optimistic, strong in situations, very social person. Another important characteristic feature about me is networking with various cultures and friends which always plays importantpart of my life. I’m typical hyderabadi in style, speaking, habits…. etc. I like Hyderabadi cusine and tea.
Coming to my academic, Currently working as a researcher i.e. PhD (in process chemical enigneering) from University of Oulu, Finland, my work involves Bioethanol reforming, Microreactors, Membrane reactors for pure H2, Hydrogen production, Fuel cell. I have completed my graduation (MSc) in chemical engineering in 2006, Finland. And i have worked as researcher for 1.5yrs in Finnish Oil refinery: Neste Oil Corporation in 2006-07, Research and technology center and 6 months in academic research in my university in 2006. ohter important areas i worked and interested areas are Heterogeneous catalysis, isomerization reactions and CFD modeling and simulation are of my research interests. Before PhD, i used to work with FEM lab 3.1 (COMSOL software) simulations, visualizations and multiphysics modeling in coating process technology. I have completed my Bachelor’s in chemical technology in the year 2001 from Loyola academy, affiliated to Osmania university. After that i worked for 3 yrs in various jobs in chemical plants and marketing 2001-2003.
My broad areas of working knowledge and research experiences:
1. Computational fluid mechanics (CFD) simulation for furnace modeling in Biomass combustion using Gambit 2.2 for furnace geometry and meshing (2005-06 to 206-08).
2. Chemical analyzes of Scandinavian biomass using UV-VIS spectrometry and Ion chromatography. (2005-2006, Summer internship and research assistant)
3. Absorption column dismantling and equipment design for Fluid-Fluid flow in the year 2005.
4. Worked under process development in the field of catalysis which involves middle distillates up-grading i.e. ring opening of cis/trans decalin (clean diesel range fuels) and isomerization of wax studies. It includes catalytic materials development, catalyst design and process optimization.
5. My Master’s thesis title ”Synthesis, characterization and catalytic testing of metal modified zeolite catalysts for application in fine chemicals and isomerization of n-butane”, 2005-06.
